1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the sLab platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

sLab provides a white-label website builder and business management platform including content management, client management, invoicing, email campaigns, video meetings, and AI-powered design tools.

3. Accounts & Plans

• Free preview: Explore the full platform at no cost. Free accounts are subject to storage limits and may be deactivated after 90 days of inactivity.
• Paid plans: Monthly ($50/mo), Quarterly ($120/qtr), Annual ($300/yr), and Lifetime ($1,200 one-time). Paid plans activate your public website and custom domain support.
• Lifetime plan: A one-time purchase equivalent to 24 months at the monthly rate. The Lifetime plan provides service for the operational life of the platform. No refunds after 14 days.

4. Storage & Data Limits

• Each plan includes a default storage allocation: Free (1 GB), Monthly (5 GB), Quarterly (10 GB), Annual (25 GB), Lifetime (50 GB).
• Additional storage is available in 5 GB blocks at $0.70/month per block.
• Data transfer (bandwidth) is subject to fair-use limits. Excessive usage may require an upgrade or additional charges.
• We reserve the right to adjust storage and bandwidth allocations with 30 days notice.

5. Promotional Offers

From time to time we may offer limited promotions (e.g., free custom templates for early signups). Promotional benefits are non-transferable, subject to availability, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Billing & Cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period via PayPal.
• You may cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except for the Lifetime plan (14-day refund window).

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant sLab a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for their own purposes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to host illegal content, distribute malware, send spam, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or violates applicable law.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice.
