• Account information: Name, email address, business name, and subdomain when you sign up.
• Content: Files, images, videos, text, and other content you upload to the platform.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and device information.
• Payment data: Processed securely through PayPal. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Data Storage

Your content is stored on Linode Object Storage (Akamai) in the US. Account and configuration data is stored in MongoDB databases. We use encryption (AES-256-GCM) for sensitive credentials and secrets.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting (Linode/Akamai), email delivery (Zoho), payment processing (PayPal, Stripe) — only as necessary to operate the Service.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

5. AI Processing

The platform includes AI-powered features (content generation, design agents). Your prompts and brand context are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, local models) to generate responses. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management (scoped to .madladslab.com). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your data at any time.
• Deletion: Request account and data deletion. We will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Export: Export your assets and content via the admin panel.
• Correction: Update your account information through the admin settings.

8. Data Retention

Active accounts: data retained for the life of the account. Cancelled accounts: data retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Free preview accounts inactive for 90+ days may be purged.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted secrets, HTTPS everywhere, sandboxed tenant isolation, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure — you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
